Cursor

Magnetic Buttons

Buttons subtly pull toward your cursor when you hover near them — like they're attracted by a magnet. Adds a tactile, playful feel.

Also called: magnetic hover, cursor attraction

Live demo — hover near buttons

Move your cursor close to a button without clicking — watch it lean toward you.

How it works

On mousemove, calculate distance from cursor to button center. If within a radius, translate the button toward the cursor by a fraction (strength).
